Have you updated recently?

If this is the case, Sldwks must have lost the path to the Gtol.sym file. If so, look at this link:http://www.javelin-tech.com/blog/2015/06/mod-diam-instead-diameter-symbol/

It's original. The designation itself looks good... there's no reason why it shouldn't display the Ø sign

Would you be able to show a screen print of the properties box for this number?

Have you tried to remove the <MOD-DIAM> in the properties and insert a new one?

 

If you do a ctrl+Q, does it change anything?

It happens to me sometimes, a reboot of the workstation corrects the problem

Glaffont : No update lately.

coin37coin : printed screen attached! the deletion and replacement by Ø works, but it's ch... and the ctrl+Q doesn't change anything.

Mick Cordero: I also did a reboot, but the problem always comes back.

It's a pain in the ass, but it's already a way out.

 

Does it do it to you on all the parts or only on this one?

 

How come your "primary value" just above "quote text" is not grayed out?

Have you checked if you have the gtol.sym as @glaffont said in his url link?
