Hello
We have a position that does not work in the same way in terms of cuts. It does not present the graphics section when making a cut.
See image

In comparison to another position.

We looked a little on the accessible parameters, but it didn't change anything.
Thank you for your help.
Hello;
If you are talking about bolt cutting, check the " IsFastener " parameter in the component property.
If IsFastener = 1 then the component is considered to be one of the elements not to be cut (bolts are never cut in a drawing).
To see:
https://help.solidworks.com/2022/french/solidworks/sldworks/t_designating_part_as_fastener.htm
Another clue, what happens on the offending PC if you activate the cell (Graphics Section Only) in the cutting options? Does this change anything?
The last point to test (after I don't have many ideas) is: The graphics card.
=> Try by disabling (if you haven't already) the option:
Improved graphics performance in system/performance options

This feature is often a source of visual errors.
If it still doesn't work, do a diagnosis with Solidworks RX (included in the Solidworks installation).
Check the compatibility of your graphics card but also that of the Driver.
Before you start restoring the graphics card, try (still with Solidworks RX) by emulating the open GL functions to see if it's effective...

Hi Maclane,
Nothing to do with the ISfastener, it didn't work on any type of part.
On the other hand, it is the graphics performance option that is in question.
Thank you for your help
