Problem of unjoined faces

Hello

I model a furniture connector via solidworks in order to 3D print it. I am experiencing 2 problems:

- This edge is not "connected" to the surface of the bottom, so when I make a leave/rounding, this one is done below the part while I would like an inside rounding: http://imagesia.com/3d1_1emnp

- The part repeats identically on the 3 axes but the surfaces are not all identical and I don't know why. This poses a problem on the top part, these 2 surfaces are not connected (while elsewhere yes): http://imagesia.com/3d3_1emns it poses a problem when I pass the model through the slicer (for printing) which disjoins these faces http://imagesia.com/3d2_1emnt which may weaken the part.

I'm a beginner in solidworks, the vocabulary may not be the right one. Thank you for kindly helping me with these 2 issues as well as giving me design tips, this pattern may not have been done very well.

Could you make it a STEP because you are in Solidworks 2017 and put us a screen of the creation tree. Have you merged all your extrusions?

At first glance , you have several bodies in your room.

In your different functions, remember to check "merge result".

Yes I have seen this help but frankly I am too beginner to understand. The 3 sections have been made identically making sure to put the right relationships, I don't understand why one element out of the 3 is a problem.

Did you start from scratch? I admit that I have a hard time thinking in terms of removing material rather than adding. In my vision of things this object is 3 boxes by an extrusion, connected by 3 extruded quarters of circles as well.

I used your STEP file and then featurworks to recognize the functions used in your part. For the rest I adapted to make it work.
