On Visualize, sometimes the lights are not taken into account when I throw images in the queue, I am forced to restart them live (not go through the queue) for them to come out correctly. Any idea to solve this problem?
Good evening
Physical Lights: When you import a SOLIDWORKS model and choose to import the lights, all directional, point, and spot lights saved in the SOLIDWORKS model are imported as SOLIDWORKS Visualize lights on the Scenes tab. All aspects of the SOLIDWORKS lights are retained when converted to SOLIDWORKS Visualize.
BUT!!!!
All imported lights are disabled by default when they are imported, even if they were enabled in SOLIDWORKS and/or PhotoView 360 when the model was saved. (see the Scenes tab.)

Kind regards
Thank you very much for your answer, you just have to know that all my lights are created in Visualize and well activated. I can't understand why they are only taken into account in direct calculation and not in the queue.
Hello
See if there isn't a delay story or something stupid like that. The kind of stuff that deactivates after such a time.
Do you make a video or images separated from each other?
Kind regards
PS: If you have visualized it means that you are in Maintenance and that you have access to the hotline.
You should open a ticket because on the forum there are very very few colleagues who have Visualize (personally I don't have access to it anymore)
Hello and thank you for your answer. Of course, I opened a ticket, I'm waiting for someone to call me.
