Resolution Issue

Hi all

On SOLIDWORKS 2013, I encounter a problem of resolution, when I am far from my parts my points are "selectable", and when I zoom, I am then forced to click "groping" in the void to hope to select one... Does anyone have an idea?

Hello

It seems that the problem comes from your scale.

By pasting your sketch in a new room, here is what we have in a message of error.

I would advise you to make a scale (around 1:100 I think) to solve your problem

Thank you for the answer, I can't apply a scale because all the parts that I'm going to constrain on these points, will also have to be reduced... which is problematic. I did the test to bring one of the points back to the origin 0/0/0, the problem remains the same.

^The problem comes from the visualization volume being too large (virtual space that the software considers).

Unfortunately this is an intrinsic parameter of solidworks and cannot be changed.

And it won't come from a setting in performance or in image quality?

By setting a higher value, it can solve the accuracy problem.

Hi all

I tried to refine the resolution, but it didn't change anything. To solve my problem, I finally dealt with fewer points which allows me to stay in the "visualization volume".
