I make plans of vats with several taps. I create cross-sectional views to detail each stitching.
The problem is that when the client simply requests to change the orientation of a stitch, for example from 60° to 150°, some cross-sectional views lose their references or become incorrect, and I have to redo them.
Is there a method for section views to automatically follow stitching when orientation changes?

I also specify that I break the alignment of the sectional views in order to position the stitching vertically and to have clearer details on the drawing.

Instead of creating your sections directly in the drawing or the constraints of the cut lines will necessarily jump, prefer to create a new plane that will serve as a reference for your section:
Let us have a new view in the 3D (Spacebar).
Or save a section view in 3D.

The plan as a reference is a good idea.
But here I think you didn't constrain your cut line (sketch).
And this change in direction causes the cut line to slide. The plan proposed by @Maclane will not be enough if you do not block the cut line in its sketch.
Personal question, is it done in a detail?? Maybe I'm old-fashioned (I don't respect scales)
