After multiple trials and settings I still can't get what I want, namely a PNG image (Realview + Perspective + Ground Reflection)
See attached image, what Solidworks 2020 SP2 and 2021 SP2 and SW 2020 SP2 looks like on another pc
Have you encountered the same problem or do you have an idea? (JPG same result, the shadow is hatched randomly) Note that the "screenshot" mode does not give a precise enough result to rework the image.
Do you render directly in the 3D model, the screen, in SW, or in PhotoView, or in Visualize, since you're in V 2020.
With Visualize you will have a perfect rendering while doing all the modifications such as RayTracing. This product is included in the package if you are subscribed to annual maintenance.
Thank you for your answer, I do it directly in Solidworks (file=>save as) not wishing to use other software since on my assemblies, which come from PDM, I have to make temporary modifications that I do not want to save if archived, such as textures, hiding parts, adding or removing colors, configurations. Everything worked well on SW2019 though
In the two software programs integrated into Solidworks and especially for Visualize , the rendering file is totally independent of the 3D Model. So once the rendering is finalized you can modify the CAD file without carrying around the mapping elements, lighting, etc...
