Weird
The majority of my old saved files have been switched to Edrawing
Impossible to open them in sldprt or slddrw or even Sldasm
What manipulation could have led to this?

Only your old files? Are your recent ones also in edrawing?
Can you maybe put one of your files that you can't open?

File backed up by what means?
Are they in edrawing format or are they just edrawing who open them?

The problem is almost general
I wanted to recover a part on trace part, the download gives a zip
after extraction ditto the SLDPRT is in Edrawing
as06_2_train_fixe_.slddrw
it is EDrawing that opens them, they are noted
SLDPRT or SLDASM or SLDDRW
but the logo of the file shows Edrawing
Hello, by default your solidworks files are redirected to Edrawing and not to SW, so 2 things, either SW is no longer installed or license disabled, or you have SW and in this case you just have to "open with" and select SW as the default program.
To be done on the 3 extensions.
PS: To be sure you can open SW in 1st and drag your file on it to open it. (to check yours solidworks)

Yes, by dragging the explorer file onto the solidworks screen
the SLDPRT file opens
But if I want to open another one, it doesn't work, unless I close the first one

The default program should be "Solidworks Launcher", this should be modified on all relevant file extensions.

Right-click on a 3D file / drawing / assembly
Open with --> Choose the program to use to open this file
Choosing Solidworks Launcher
Don't forget to click on the checkmark "Always use the selected program to open this type of file"
to do on the 3 types of files
