It's becoming difficult to diagnose remotely. On your screenshot we can see that it is not SW who uses the proc. So we are of course a phenomenon, triggered by SW, which is specific to your machine.
How long have you had the problem? If you know the date accurately enough, try going back via the restore points.
- Check plugins and add-ins (try to disable them all and then re-enable them one by one);
- the same goes for everything that is launched when the machine starts;
- try to disable the download of updates (for all software including Windows, then reactivate one by one).
It's been doing it to me for about 1 month.
I'm going to disable add-ins and the rest to see.
