Problem Scale Assembly and Simulation- SW

Hi all

First of all, I would like to point out that I have very modest CAD knowledge...

I'd like to scale an assembly, so I've saved it as a part but as this screen shows, I need to select all the faces of my assembly, so it's very long.... http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/15/1460643520-sw.png

In addition it seems that it "completely distorts the assembly"

Another "problem"

I had to do a simulation on this assembly.

The project is as follows, to design and manufacture a camera mount and then hang it on a zip line / steel rope

So the rope will pass between the two pulleys at the top, the 3rd will allow you to have more or less tension on the cable thanks to the slotted hole

The study assembly is just composed of the axes on which the entire weight of the assembly will rest (15N) and the plate on which all the fuss will be fixed http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2016/15/1460644790-sw4.png

In your opinion, what should be taken in fixed geometry and external loads? (forces)

I suspect that it's not 1.5kg that will make aluminum axles fail but I am forced to do this study.

I hope I have made myself understood, thank you in advance to those who will take a little of their time for me.

Hello

When recording in rooms, normally you can choose the bodies (in the register as window at the bottom).
