Sheet metal problem

Hello
I have a small problem I explain I have to make a bent sheet metal frame with a 45° cut at the corners but when I generate a unfolded state it makes me a weird shape how to fix it

Hello
To understand your problem, a screenshot or something like that would be nice.

Hello, why not start with a screenshot, and/or the part or an example of a part.
Without additional information, it is difficult to answer.
Edit: @contact_168 t have time to read your answer before sending at almost the same time with the same idea!

Hello

If it's something like this:

that you want to do, I can provide you with an example.

Because explaining everything about the method in writing would be tedious...

And yes, an example of what you want to do might help us help you.

Yes @eriaud, you need to cut the sheet metal profile at least because nothing says that it is in L profile (S or C or...)

Okay, U-profile frame and miter cut.
Here are two files: one in the 2024 version and one in the 2023 version.
Not knowing which one you have...
Frame-V2023. SLDPRT (218.9 KB)
frame-v2024. SLDPRT (229.0 KB)

You have to take the time to analyze the construction step by step.
The sketches of the folds have been modified, the result is cleaner than if we were to remove material.

Good luck...

Here's another method.
SW is not an ace at sheet metal. It is often necessary to find tricks to have a result that can be used by sheet metal machines.
The attached example can be augmented by a family of parts for those who have recurrence. I didn't apply a folding table

For my part, I proceed as demonstrated by Le_Bidule . And that's perfect.
