Following the installation of SW 2013 SP4 I can no longer record a jpeg from the 3D window or the drawing window.
The Save As command does not create the file in the indicated folder (tested on 2 workstations)
Does anyone have the same problem? the .tif/pdf ... yet work ...

Do you have ignored messages in Tools, Option, Message/Errors/Warning?

I don't want to annoy you any more and so I'm taking out my bat because we paid a presta to install the software and migrate the PDM ...

Change Windows user profile ... randomly the administrator profile for example and see if on this profile it works
