I would like to extrude a sketch composed of several splines, the problem is that during solid extrusion makes facets I would like to keep the "smooth" curves of the splines for laser cutting.

The facets are only graphic. That is to say only for display.
In your drawing and therefore the view for the laser, there will be no facets.

Normally in your laser cutting software you should have a "smoothing" option. It is this function that I use to smooth out the cuts of the in the ferrules...

If you export Splines in DXF, pay attention to the export options and the version of DXF tests R2007-2009 then check your DXF before sending the cut to be sure that the file is not facetized
