I am in SW 2018
I'm training on this function with which I always have problems and I don't understand why the first scan works and not the second one (which remains in the sketch stage.)
A little help would be welcome.

in general SW doesn't like closed loops at all for sweeps
+ pay attention to the radius which must be quite flexible
No break in the folds
so if you have curves
you need a radius at least = + it's + better ;-)..... in the profile section

The radius of 3 is too small
The swept circle has a radius of 7.6/2 or 3.8 mm
Replace 3mm with 4mm and it's okay
