Printing problem with Solidworks on HP plotter

Hello

I've been having a printing problem with solidworks for a few years with HP printers and plotters:

my config is as follows: HP Z400 workstation with Solidworks 2013 SP3.0; HP DESIGNJET T2300 plotter and Business inkjet 2800 printer (networked).

On the plotter: when I print with the "high quality" option and the properties of the printer at the max, I get a completely flattened print not to scale except from time to time when it works.

In normal mode it prints in black and white. I tried with the latest drivers in HPGL2 and PS, it's the PS that works best (HPGL2 increases the thickness of the lines greatly)

On the printer, correct printing in normal mode, impossible in "high quality" mode.

If anyone has any clues, I'm interested

Thank you

Hello;

An update of your print drivers maybe?

Cédric.

Lack of memory in the printer maybe?

Hello

Try: change the printing options, set the computer to handle the printing and print memory.

See attachment.

Finally, the tracker broke down and the hard drive where the program is saved had to be changed. Since then, no more problems... thank you HP
