Hi all
Following the installation of CATIA R25 on my workstation it is impossible to produce a map on my plotter (hp design jet 1050c). On the other hand, it works without problem on CATIA R21. The problem is exactly the same on 3 positions. If you click on the property window when you select the printer in catia, then catia closes.
Anyone have a lead? I downloaded the latest driver from HP, reinstalled CATIA, but nothing helped. The posts are on windows 10.

First check: go to the Task Manager procedures and check that there is not an open Catia, if so press "Stop the process".
It is possible that this is it, if not do you have anything about this problem on the internet?
