Problem measuring spacing

Hi all

When making a spacing measurement, I have a concern for the difference between the work window and the information pop up

Here is the image

Hello

See if your lines related to the pup ups are parallel to the orientation of the original axes. That might explain the difference. But the real distance between the 2 axes corresponds to 89.92 in the 2... Black line 89.92 and l 1st line and also at 89.92.

Hello

Try using the point-to-point measurement to verify that it is not the coordinate system that is distorting the entire measurement.

it works well if I have a distance X,Y,Z

but there the surfaces are aligned so no X and SW this loses

Hello

Instead of selecting circles for measurement, maybe try selecting the outer faces of the washers (the edges) to see if you still have the same measurement problem.

I have solutions to get around the problem but the calculation of solidworks is not logical

I have the impression that you have edited your sub-assembly with the flange and the welded curve. If that's the case, leave and show your measurement again because it may have taken the origin of the sub-assembly for the measurements...
