During a drawing, I insert a bill of materials or a list of welded parts, he puts it in me with a certain font that suits me.
But from a change in a property in a part or an assembly, it changes the font of the part and suddenly I end up with a nomenclature with lines that have a different font.
I wanted to know how to put the original font back on the lines with the different fonts.

This is a setting that is found in the document options and that are in the pre-set on the background of plans and in your BOM template.
I don't have my hand on my PC, because it's being processed.

Some information on the nomenclature here:
Alternatively, if it's a one-shot, you can " force " the font of your nomenclature by going through the menu that appears when you click on the headers of your table.
Note: the first option to check 
is "Use the font of the document (the font of your Drawing).
Location of available settings:
=> Remember to save your changes in your Solidworks Models so that you don't have to redo them each time you have a new MEP...
