Problem opening recent dwg with Draftsight

Hello 

I can't open the recent files (created in Autocad) that I receive from one of my customers with Draftsight. I have the 2015 SP3 version. Files can be viewed without any problems with the AutoCAD 360 viewer.

Is anyone also experiencing this problem?

If you have DraftSight you can open it and save it in an earlier format.

and it should work.

Is this the latest version of DraftSight? Because it's the 2015 SP2 the last:

If so, try installing the previous version!

I have the 2015 SP3 version by way of 3DS.com in English... it's the SP3 version that is offered and on the French version, it's SP2 ... I'm going to try to go back to SP2.

To answer Fabrice, I manage to open the file but there  is nothing that appears: nothing in the template, nothing in the layout.
