Check the format of the cells, it has already happened to me that the result is text (e.g. =B7) if this is the case you have to change the format and reinsert your formula. Strangely enough, even with a copy of the formatting, it didn't work.

It seems to me that I have the same problem: do you have a parameterized part, and configurations to change the dimensions? But when you choose a configuration , an equation problem appears during the reconstruction?
Does this problem occur when you rebuild or directly when you choose a configuration? Because in my case if I choose a configuration the part takes the right dimensions but when I open the equation manager, they have not updated well.
Have you checked "Auto-Rebuild" and "Auto-Solve Order" in the Equation Manager?
