I have a problem with the use of cuttingoptimization. I want to make the flow sheet of a guardrail made of multi-body mechanical-welding + sheet metal. Cuttingoptimization detects all detected profiles, mainly the Ø14 stretch and the Ø42.4 tube. I set the length of the bars in the application at 6m, at each edition of the report and it doesn't matter if I change the parameters the flow rate of the stretched is always wrong and exceeds 6m rather than offering me two flows on 2 bars.
Can you tell me the origin of this problem if anyone has already been confronted with it, please?
Won't there be a defect on the units of measurement? The value of 6.8693... E+17 surprises me! Are you sure that SW and Cutting both use the same unit?
Otherwise, open a ticket with Visiativ, they are quite responsive in general.
Otherwise in the rating of the angles tick the 1st solution to see if it changes. On my last attempt I seem to have encountered a problem of this type and had to change this option.
In fact no, he will use the falls as a priority if the flows can fit in otherwise he puts them in the 6m bars.
On the other hand, for the angles, I don't remember that it changed anything on the ratio, except for the indication for the flow rate (depending on the tube saw reference).
What disturbs me the most is the 10 to the power of 17! It's a very big bar
On my last speed it seems to me that I encountered a problem with a lot of numbers too and an erroneous speed as well. After changing this option, the problem was gone, it seems to me. (maybe a certain bug that happens only in a few cases?) For falls I don't use in general.
Problem solved, it comes from the angle cut option for the flow calculation, thanks @sbadenis.
I have the impression that the system is bugging a bit, especially on another assembly where I have very important corner cuts, it has trouble calculating, I have to switch from one option to another.
