The problem is that as soon as I make the slightest modification, addition of constraint etc, it takes a long time to rebuild, and the reconstruction icon is constantly active on the part, and at the level of the 3 linear repetitions. Has this already happened to anyone?
A priori, you have an external reference attached to the recalcitrant part.
Try to open and rebuild this reference.
Sometimes, I also have the reconstruction icon that remains displayed even though the part is perfectly rebuilt, especially with external refs or flexible assemblies.

Which version of Solidworks are you using? , on the 2019 version there is the lock bar function that you can use on your parts which is a problem.

You simply block the functions that no longer need to be rebuilt. In your case I think you can block the whole room if you're just adding constraints.
