I can see your assembly, but the grid I have inside is the 20*20 and not the 10*10 (I don't know if it matters) and in this set I don't see any component with sheet metal functions.
ok so from the photo you attached I think that the removal of matter you are talking about is the square shape in the center right?
it does not seem to open (logical for a stamping function)
For me I don't see any difficulty in creating a stamping tool, just create the "tools" part, and define the folder where it is located as a shape tools folder.
If you want a little more help try to attach your part to the "finished" state, and possibly the shape tools you have made if you have already made one.
