We have a problem in the solidworks drawings, we have to insert curves that we make in excel but sometimes the graphs bug, especially the texts, see attached image.
I don't know if you have another way to make graphs in drawings, usually the problem occurs when copy/pasting or editing.
I thought it could come from the KB983396 fix but a priori it's already on my post but I still have the problem...
I usually when I insert graphics I make them before a PDF or an image then I copy and paste it into the drawing. The only problem is that when you modify the graph, you have to think about re-doing it in PDF or an image and updating it again in the drawing.
.PL the KB 3072630 is present on my computer, I effectively disabled it during the installation, I even performed a solidworks installation repair but without success. So I put it back and still the same problem of course.
Fab Camp indeed the patch must be disabled before installing SW and SPs, otherwise all modules do not install, I already had the problem and impossible to launch the take-home composition tool for example...
A priori no Solution, the problem has been submitted to SolidWorks (reference: S-069112):
After inserting an Excel into a drawing, a line graph is created inside the Excel. When editing an Excel file and displaying it in SolidWorks, the line graph is fuzzy. Is it possible to make the lines look like they did when editing the Excel file?
And here is their answer:
No. It is not possible to adjust the display on the SolidWorks side. This behavior, in which there are differences between the way line graphs look when they are inserted as objects and the way they looked when they were being worked on in Excel is not limited to SolidWorks. For example, the same thing happens when Excel files are inserted into Word as objects and line graphs are created.
Do you have the same problem when inserting the graphic into a Word file?
Hello, in addition to all the answers, I suggest you follow some tutorials on the internet to be able to master the software, especially for Excel. There are specialized sites that offer online courses.
.PL, thank you for your interest in my question. Unfortunately I looked a little in this way (OLE file size problem), but in word I don't have a problem. I can redo the excel file, the drawing, ... impossible to have a suitable result. Often the first time I insert it it works, I close and then reopen the plan and then it goes in bulk...
Emanuptt55_1 thank you for proposing but I don't think I'll find the solution to such a problem in a tutorial, but if you ever know one that matches I'm indeed interested.
