Properties List of Mechanically Welded Sheet Metal Welded Parts

Hello everyone ,

I have a small recurring problem,

In the description of my list of welded parts I indicate the dimensions of the unfolded parts by pasting this (via macro):

Sheet Metal "SW-Length of tôle@" Side x "SW-Width of tôle@"  Sidewall ep"SW-Thickness of tôlerie@"  "SW-Découpes@" Holes

it works very well except when I want to convert profiles (U-shaped for example) into sheet metal, because it keeps the information as if it were a welded mechanical element.

My question is, is there a way to force a mechanically welded element in sheet metal so that I can have the right values?

Hello.

I guess so, but you've tried to rename the names of the sides, sketches and functions you're interested in with the names of the ones you call?

The values are generated by default in the list of welded parts, they are not linked to dimensions.

with the concatenation it should work

I use concatenation...

I get the values that Solidworks gives me. but when I convert a UPN (ceer with the mechanically welded element function) into sheet metal . he can't find the values of unfolded...

EDIT sorry wrong subject to answer...

Thank you gt22 for the concenation no worries I already knew on the other hand how to recover this property I tried the cut with:

"SW-Width of tôle@@@Article-Parts-List-soudées1@Pièce.SLDPRT"

But it doesn't work.

(this is the Retrieve property in Welded Parts List)

Otherwise with us no converted  part we make all the parts directly in sheet metal and 1 sheet metal max per part in order to automatically recover the flow and thickness of the sheet. (speed that does not update...)
