Prosteel 3d Fresh Solidworks

Hello

I will soon be using an old version of Prosteel that runs on Autocad 2006. In Prosteel, there is a library of profiles and others that allows you to create different plans for metalwork.

The idea being to have the same thing in Solidworks 2018, is there a possibility to migrate this library from Prosteel to Solidworks to save time. If so, what if a person has already been confronted with the problem?

Or, do I have to recreate everything in Solidworks from a blank page?

Thank you for your different opinions.

Sincerely,

Jérôme

Since profile libraries now work with family tables, amha, it's more interesting (especially more reliable) to recreate your library.
In addition, you can always copy and paste from Autocad to SW for the basic profile.

Thank you for this answer. I hope Jansen is able to provide models in Solidworks format.
