Hello, I would like to make this piece in sheet metal so that it can be folded and unfolded, the base must be a semicircle. I tried to join the two sketches below with the transition crease tool, without success.

Part that is physically impossible to make in sheet metal
except stamping to stay in one piece
You can do a flat out using the tool of the same name in surface
@+ ;-)
Hello
For me it is achievable in crunching since you don't make the edge fall. I would start with the principle of making a cone and then I would do one or two material removals to achieve the desired result.
Hello
I confirm the solution of ac cobra. The cone seems to me to be the most appropriate.
Is the part you have in volume or surface? If it's volume, you can try to remove the material from the fallen edge and then break a little corner (0.5 to 45°) of the small straight part that remains at the bottom. You click on the biased part you just did and then you convert to sheet metal and there it should work.
Thank you all for your answers.
