Hello everyone, I'm running out of time. On a study I had asked a supplier for the 3D file of a pump and after a week I received a file. RFA that I can't open in solidworks 2012. I asked it again in STEP or IGS format, I restarted it several times since it's urgent, but I haven't received anything yet and I have to finalize the 3D and do the drawing. Does anyone have what it takes to help me out and transfer my file to me in a format that solidworks can open?
Thank you in advance.

This is a file that opens with Revit.
I don't have anything to do but when I opened the zip, I saw that it's a file that comes from Cadenas, so by going to https://b2b.partcommunity.com/3d-cad-models/, you should find what you're looking for (I just put "Etabloc GP Horizontal 2652100-080" in the search and it gave me results).
If I'm not mistaken, the manufacturer is KSB, so that's where it happens: https://b2b.partcommunity.com/3d-cad-models/?info=ksb

Indeed it's a product that you can download via Padenas, I had tried to do it, but there are plenty of options to configure, and of course the supplier didn't want to give me all the parameters to configure the pump. If I came here to ask for help, it's because I'm stuck...
It had to be said, given the question it was not easy.
The name of the file gives the reference of the product, knowing that in general it is displayed as you choose the options, you should be able to reconstitute your model and in addition you will know the characteristics (which should appear on the commercial offer normally).
Revit is not common (on this forum), it is more used in construction.

And well no, with all the goodwill in the world, since the dealer doesn't want to give me all the characteristics and he only gives me a simplified reference, I can't set the model. It's a pump that had been bought by my predecessor and I don't have any info, just this s**** reference. I even called KSB who couldn't help me since the reference I am given is the reference of the dealer.
Never mind, I'm downloading REVIT...
STOP, there's a simpler way: in the zip there's a dwg that's much bigger, it's a dwg3d. it flows into SW and it's good.
As I did for testing, I attach it

OK, thank you I didn't see that there was a dwg3d file. So I managed to open it with my 2012 version.
Thanks for the help.
