Who wants to test our cloud rendering cluster (free tests) on time?

We offer the realization of distributed 3D rendering on an infrastructure of servers hosted on IBM softlayer. Softlayer is the leading online game hosting platform and has an extremely high-performance infrastructure for 3D rendering. We are financing the implementation of on-demand computing clusters billed by the hour We would like to discuss with service providers to compare our offer with their needs and carry out performance tests with them.

Could have more + about the platform

Log rendering tools?

The stations

proc, memory, graphics card

an explanation such as this one among others

waiting for additional info have a good day

Hello, it would also be interesting to know what types of files are supported and how the rendering time is calculated. And maybe some images of renders would be welcome.

Hello

The solution is based on IBM's Softlayer infrastructure. The concept is to rent your cluster by the hour on the basis of 4 formulas:

starter: 5 €/h  - a 1'30 animation in full HD generated in 35 hours (2250 images)

power: 24 €/h - a 1'30 animation in full HD generated in 8h45 min (2250 images 1920x1080)

xpert: 88 € /h - a 1'30 animation in full HD generated in 3h30 min (2250 images 1920x1080)

Master: 290 €/h - a 1'30 animation in full HD generated in 1h45 min (2250 images 1920x1080)

You submit your model on the platform, you choose your offer, on the estimate of the rendering time and the choice of your offer, we give you an estimate of the price of the rendering. We start the calculation with your consent and make the result available to you via a download link or shared space.

At the moment 3DSmax 2013 and 2014 files are supported. We are listening to study any other request.

See PJ for images from the reference animation.

As a test image it's not very salesy

I am surprised by the quality produced and the support

I think it is quite possible to do that

with an average station in a very short time

at least give food for thought thank you

Hello

Our service is based on the fact that you can buy compute cluster by the hour. The quality of the rendering is independent of the machines we supply. The image was chosen not to be pretty, but to be representative of a complex scene and to give an idea of how long it takes to render an animation with this kind of image. We also have a GPU offer that allows you to do CAD in hosted mode on the basis of K10 or K20 GPUs.

As explained before, we are looking for people to test the service and refine it. I am at your disposal to discuss it because your opinion is very important for us:

Jean-Yves KBAIER: 06 34 30 09 55

In principle, the idea is interesting but the rendering you submit is a beaba for a SW station with photoview360.

For publications in technical journals this is still sufficient.

On the other hand, for the last contract I had on a luxury product, finer renderings with animation were requested and made externally by a graphic designer.

If I understand your offer, you would replace this person, but who arranges the rendering?

I'm interested in testing,

C is a very basic type of rendering with photoview
