Yes I confirm, in my case, Lynkoa account address which is my personal address and which has never changed, and address retransmitted to @gt22 for the invitation without success.
@gt22 ====>>>> WASN'T IT THE DAY TO ASK THE QUESTION !!!!!!!!!!
Yes and imagine @Gerald, we haven't started talking about the pergola:-D
@fchosson
Did you receive my invitation on the Mycadplace test project for the history of the position of views?
Hello
Can you summarize in a single comment:
- Who sent the invitations?
- To which addresses were the invitations sent? (give the nicknames, we will find the addresses)
- Which members have received the invitation?
- Which members have not received anything? (after checking spam etc)
That we see more clearly. Thank you very much
@Benoit down it will become a winter garden
@coyotte: I understand that you don't want to give your personal address ;-)
Indeed, it could also be quite nice to be able to invite via the nickname...
We should kindly ask Clémentine for an evolution :-)
@clémentine
Here is an image with the names of the servers of each.
so there is
APPLE=>@me.com --N°9 top contributor
Creator patron who offers his space and lets another manage
Freebox=>@free.fr
Collaborator who had the idea but did not yet respond
Orange=>@orange.fr --N°1 Top contributor
Chosen by the creator as the Project Administrator and starting to lose his hair
Microsoft=>@hotmail.fr --No. 3 Top Contributor
Employee who has not received the invite, no spam, no junk and who cries silently
All of them are Lynkoa members and use their Lynkoa account address
It's really summarized
capture_pergola_projet.png
@ Clementine
on page 3 and 4 I posted screenshots and see Gérald's screenshot above
for guest Benoit I did it via his email and via his nickname x times
The folder was created in his name See screenshot
for David I invited him via his nickname so it works
It also has its folder See screenshot
now that he received the email I don't know but Benoit tells me NO
I am an administrator on Gérald 's space
Screenshots prove that invitations have been sent
That's to summarize the problem
@+ ;-))
@ Yves hello
- SISI it works via nicknames
- and I have the proof tested and tried and approved
@ Benoit I'm sending you the guest
@+ ;-)
For your information, and as I am rightly named as a pain in the ass of the subject, I realized that I had not received any Lynkoa emails since June 13th.
I can't find any reason. Not junk, not blacklisted, box far from full, perfect reception of all other normal or unwanted emails...
Do others here use their Lynkoa account with hotmail? (Yes I know it's unlikely)
Could the cm@lynkoa.com address have been blacklisted by Microsoft/hotmail directly because of the large number of daily emails (best answer, warning, new answer on subscriber question, private message,...) and the fact that some are deleted without being read?
@Benoit, have you tried to log in outlook.fr, because there has been a modification of the hotmail account, and maybe there is an automatic deletion rule is applied without you knowing!
@GT22 no, not with the nickname, at least not at home and I will be surprised if it is the case for someone else.... Unless the nickname is included in the email address ;-)
The fact is that for David it worked with his nickname
I wrote down his nickname in the appropriate box
and mycad gives me the link to his email address
- so why and how
- I don't know
- The fact that Coyote was not known to the battalion
- you have X address
while now his username and email address are one and the same, it's possible I can't know
@+ ;-)
@Yves, yes when the nickname and the email address match it works especially for the lynkoa team
I add another observation, I just changed my email address to @outlook.fr, so I don't receive anything anymore.
So rather than looking if the nickname or the email address is recognized, first understand what is happening with microsoft and why Lynkoa is not sent on hotmail, msn, outlook for a short time. (June 13 on @Benoit which is in hotmail.fr)
To keep you informed of what's going on behind the scenes, @Clémentine seems to have tested (if I read between the lines correctly) that hotmail and sister mailboxes no longer receive Lynkoa's "automatic" emails. As early as this morning, she was trying to contact hotmail to solve the problem.
Thank you @Clémentine for considering my problem.
@gt22, can you try to resend the invitation, Lynkoa emails to Hotmail seem to be unblocked!
@ Benoit it's done
t the last of the list not yet connected.
