I don't do MEP very often because until now I subcontracted this phase.
In a MEP I am missing dimensions everywhere but in some places I can add construction lines in the MEP which are accepted but no way to dimension between two lines especially if there are angles.
I guess it's a matter of links between the model and the MEP (or something else).
How to do it!
First of all, is the sketch you add in the view where you want to put the dimensions (try to move the view, the sketch should follow)?
To be sure to work in a view, you have to lock it (by a double click: the view appears as framed with strong corners of a purple color by default).
Normally, apart from the circular drilling axes, it is rare to need to add anything to make a dimension: you click on the 2 edges next to it and SW displays the dimension.

Indeed I was doing it like a stick with the Axes functions and therefore I don't need to add anything.
