Hello

 

Anyone have an idea for how to have a ray on the surrounded part?

Either by sweeping or smoothing/removing material

it's up to you to create a 3D sketch by converting the entities 

then you create on a plane perpendicular to this sketch at the end

a profile to remove the material 

or variable or fixed fillet with a dimension after selecting the edges

Hello 

intersection with surface to delimit the area --> 2 x bodies --> fillet --> fusion of the 2 bodies.

Can you select your arettes yes or no?

if yes I reiterate

you create a 3D sketch

via convert entities

at the end of this 3D sketch you create a perpendicular plane

on this plan a sketch 

You create a profile to make a mastery elevation that you force to this said sketch

Material removal scanning function

and it's done

How stuck are you?

I can't put the 0.05 radius.

I can put a radius of 0.01.

I have to machine the shape of this part in negative and my smallest milling electrode is Ø0.1 so the corners will have 0.05 radii and I would like to represent my part as it will come out of the machining

Do you know that? If you already have your part and you need the mold you can use that.

Yes, I did that, but in a way. With the imprint function. But I find myself with the same problem in my footprint.
