Hello,

I can't either radiate the handle. I tried with all the leave settings, but it doesn't make a clean, continuous shape like in the example photo. I was thinking of doing a boss, but I can't set it up.
Maybe there are other solutions?
Remodel the general shape cut from the mass, which is the majority of the ice axe. And apply the same radius everywhere except at the place of the hook that you rework more finely.
This will make the spokes on the neck easier to rework.
I can't see your tree structure, I only have the STEP (future version)
It seems to me a bit of a jumble design. I don't understand looking at the part where you are getting at the handle in the era badly designed to make radius ![]()
Structure your piece in two parts, a handle part (simplifying it) and the ice axe or hook in another body.
Or send me a link to a more complete photo
Hello @Mathias_Juventin ,
On the basis of the first extrusion and a fillet with a variable radius, a more convincing result is already obtained.

If the goal is to make the shapes (thicknesses) evolve along the handle, I can only see the solution in smoothed surface functions. With the difficulty in this case of having progressive connections.
