Hello Community,
I would like to make this attached part, in sheet metal with its unfolded. (SW2022SP4)
Thank you for your feedback.

Hello
For those wondering, the shape of the @A_R
Otherwise, you need to use the Smoothed Surface function in the Sheet Metal module
Be careful, you need as many points on the two sketches so that they can hang on without any problems
Thanks for the view @coin37coin
In crunching you have to be able to do things but it seems very complicated to me given the geometry.
Maybe by having two crunched sheets that meet in the middle of the room.
An old example of what is possible to do by Visiativ:
Hoppers rectangle parallel circle. SLDPRT (2.0 MB)
Hello coin37coin,
Yes indeed I haven't tried this solution, I'll do it again and I'll keep you informed.

Hello froussel,
Yes I knew this solution, the circular part is in an inclined plane, and he didn't like solidworks too much.
But thank you all the same.

Hello coin37coin,
I can only do that.=>

But it is impossible to follow with the guide curve.

Hello coin37coin,
Yes, I had already tried what you suggest, but I can't get a smoothing with the guide=> curve

To dig further, thank you very much.

I just realized that I didn't give the right module: I was thinking more of a transition fold in the sheet metal module ... but I find myself with the same problem as you all the same
Hello @A_R @coin37coin
Add a guide curve perhaps, or a " construction line" (a name of the kind in the smoothing function)? in the shape of an elbow when viewed from the side, of course.

A test with your part + as many points on one sketch as on the other + guide curve in " smoothed surface". It seems to work not too badly
But maybe it doesn't solve your problem for the sheet metal?
Oh dear!!
Version higher than mine, but I SW2022SP4...
Thank you @+.

That's why I put an image of the sketch as a bonus ;). It must give you the general idea
Hello again everyone,
And thank you to the whole team, I just achieved what I wanted =>

My piece unfolds and folds up without a clutter, but I don't find it pretty...
Thank you very much again.

Re-re the community,
Here is with a little more time what I managed to do, to bring my subject to life and the closed=>

And thank you again to all.

Hello m_blt,
Uh!! yes exactly, I use the inclined faces of my hopper ...
Two-part sheet metal part (in symmetry)... @+.
Have a nice day.

No worries about modeling...
I was only surprised by the difference in the orientation of the inputs/outputs between the original version proposed, on the left, and the final version, on the right.
Re-m_blt,
Yes indeed, I made up for the simplest... Thank you for your remark.
