I am looking for a PDM compatible with Solidworks (which does not break the links between parts, assemblies, and drawings) and where I can
add my DWG files to organize my data a bit
Ideally this software would be quite simple to implement, cheap (it's for a small business)... etc.. smiling, who offers coffee in the morning...
Do you have any ideas, examples???

PDM Enterprise handles files of all types, but is quite expensive!
Otherwise PDMWorks included from SolidWorks Pro is free, but quite limited: but it is possible to use it for files of other types than SolidWorks too! So manage AutoCAD file versions for example.
But in our country, we only used it for SolidWorks files from the beginning.
As @Lucas EPDM to manage SolidWorks (links kept, bills of materials,...) and any other format: Word, Excel, dwg...
For coffee, you have to see how to pair it with GateWay and a routine in the morning :D.
For commissioning, it can go quickly,... or not, it depends on the level of customization you want, if your original files are already clean,... etc
