We are looking for a service provider who could carry out the study of a slide (spiral) to include in our quote that we will present to our client.
We are designer and manufacturer of conveyor equipment (belt conveyor type, turntable etc) however a slide is not in our dommaine

Hello, as long as we are not told what passes on it I don't see how we can define the shape of the chute.
Given that there is a step by step advance, I would say that it is flat underneath but it is only a hypothesis :).
What exactly is the scope of the service requested?
- Simple modeling for presentation;
- Complete design (a slightly more complete specification is missing) with the generation of a plan file for manufacture by you or another company;
- Design and manufacture (same remark as above).
- What is the timeline?

@Gt22: It wasn't a criticism of your design, it was just to say that there is still a lot of information missing.
