Looking for a specific type of roller chain

As in the tytre I am looking for a very specific channel

Do you have catalogs or reference for the types of roller chains

I had it in my hands thin as a chainsaw chain with a lug sticking out at 45° outside

and no picture to show I'm a donkey ;-(

Thank you

I just ate the Sedis catalog and bhin no it's not there ;-(

It looks like this but

- finer

- smaller

- the cleat is bent at 45°

- does not have a 45° cut

Hi gt22,

Why not draw the two links and make a repeat or use the one in the link below and modify as you need to???

Here are some channel download links for the beginning:

http://www.tracepartsonline.net/(S(e1upeirpucrcqmpcwvej4ew5))/content.aspx? SKeywords=chain+a+roll&SDomain=3&st=4&sa=0&Class=TRACEPARTS&clsid=%2FTRACEPARTS%2F&ttl=Classification+TraceParts

I think you should find your happiness...

Hi @ ac Cobra

The problem is not to draw it

if necessary I will do it once the piece is in hand

I wanted to find as much as possible the good refs  of this type of channel

I had also visualized trace part but that dal  corresponded to my visual memory

thank you  for your answer

OK, did you by any chance look on the links if you find a reference??? Maybe it's silly, my we don't always think about it...

The problem is that I quickly caught a glimpse of this chain

so I couldn't see if there were any refs on it

it's anticipation of a future market where I'll have to if it's OK

Design or find the technique of a 120°  angle gearbox in a minimum of space

instead of the exciting one which is at 90°

So also modifying the envelope by remaining as faithful as possible to what exists

Bug, it's going to be sport without photos and references...

no no the refs I'll have them well in hand don't worry

otherwise not possible to do something viable

I just wanted to try to anticipate a little.............. ;-)

Ah OK, well I think you don't have much choice but to wait until you have the references...

Hello

And why not model it, make a plan and make a request to several suppliers to find out if they can have this model?

Hi SB thank you

I had also seen this model too it is close in size

The difference is that the cleat or lug

is folded 45° inwards as shown in the attached photo

and only on 1 side of the chain

more or less if I'm not mistaken

I think that the purpose of this chain is to make a transfer of energy and that the cleat or lug should allow to move a cam a finger?

well I'm not sure maybe I'm extrapolating
