Have you made a diagnosis on your volume?
Normally, after importing, SW offers a volume diagnosis and to repair geometry errors if there are any.
Otherwise, right-clicking on your body imported into the tree gives you access to this function.
yes the import diagnosis gives me 3 defective faces.a right click allows me to repair 2 but not the 3
Did you use "repair faces", "repair discontinuities" or "repair everything"?
When it happens to me, I make several successive attempts with repairing everything and then the other options successively but it doesn't always work.
If you still have a problem, try posting a picture of the problem.
The surface experts will be able to tell you better how to repair
Ok thank you
I think the problem comes from the twin holes
also try to repair discontinuities by changing the dimension tolerance parameters
All blue lines indicate a non-continuity of face
attempts to suppress the face and recreate it
See this tutorial among others

@+ ;-)
Hello
indeed it probably comes from the countersunk holes that are too close to each other, would you have the possibility to add 0.05 mm (or even less) of surface between the Ø of holes?
Hello
These are zero thicknesses. reduce the diameter by 0.001 to solve the problem or better create an opening because you will hear screaming when you are going to give this to be machined...!
@ ste it's good to put me in a better answer
but I would also have liked to know how you solved your problem
thank you for precision if possible
@+ ;-)
sorry problem not solved despite your excellent tutorials
Post your step
sorry but it's not possible
thank you for your help
your face can you suppress it or not?
Yes I can, on the other hand, by transforming my file into IGS and going back to SD, no more problem
ok next time try to have your files if possible in parasolid
This is the core of Solidworks
have a nice day @+ ;-)
Hello
otherwise fill the holes, record in step, open and redo the holes.
may the force be with you.
Thank you all
