Retrieving PDM Data Card Values from Driveworks Live

Hello

I'm having a problem with the PDMGetFileDataCardValues function in Driveworks Live, it returns an error even though it works fine from the Driveworks Administrator.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem ? Or even solved the problem?

I'm attaching an image of the difference in operation between the Live and Administrator interfaces.

Hello Johan!

Do you have the full error message? (You can enlarge the column if needed).

Otherwise the first thing to do is to check that the PDM plugin options are correct on the DriveWorks Live machine (you can compare between your Administrator machine and the Live machine).

Attached is an image with the full error message.

I checked the PDM plugin options and they are identical to the Administrator machine. On the other hand, I forgot to mention that I use Live from a browser.

Johan, I just tried it and I can confirm that the PDMGetFileDataCardValues function works in a web browser on my machine.

I suggest asking your dealer to take a look ;)

Well I finally solved the problem a bit by chance:)

I simply opened an explorer to the PDM vault on our Live machine and since then it has worked.
