I would like to know if it was possible to create automatic constraint references using a library operation.
Let me explain, I do a lot of assembly with square drilling. So I created a library with standard operations (dragged and dropped) in order to quickly make these holes. Then I have a custom screw and in particular square collar screws to which I have applied auto stress references on the faces of the square and the underside of the domed head. During assembly I need to slide them directly into the holes, something I can do manually (by applying stress references on the female squares of my parts). But when I have a dozen squares to assemble, it's rather tedious.
So I would like to have a library operation that automatically adds these refs.
the problem is not only for the screws (and there is a parallel missing, because for the screws there are still the "-" in front of the components, cf. principle of a totally constrained ASM)
(that's why I use "tricks " in the auto constraints, and which allow you to do other small things)
Its goal is to use "feature palettes" without creating "External References" at all costs, which are a source of cumbersomeness, and problems so badly managed....

no I don't think it's possible with the functions in SW,
So for now, unless you're fiddling with macros...
Maybe in a future version, it will be integrated.
I encourage you to post the idea on the American site, there is a dedicated page to submit ideas to SolidWorks directly.
