If the scope of the searches (quantity of assemblies to be checked) is not too large, you can rename or move the file of your part and open your assemblies, Solidworks will display an error message when opening that it can no longer find its component...
=> Yes, it's the " bully " method. (but it remains effective)

No native method.
The only way as @a_eriaud is a Visiativ solution or @Maclane method but if a lot of assembly impossible to open everything and therefore to know the use of a part.

Right-click on the file whose dependencies you want to know then Solidworks/file location
You put your search locations:
And you throw
One or two days later you should have a result... (The tool will scan ALL your assemblies and MEPs contained in your files to see if your document is used or not).
This is one of the advantages of EPDM: all the usage links are stored in a database so you get the result in a few seconds vs a few hours/days/weeks
