Rendering on SolidWorks Composer

I guess you can't give us the file to test?

Unfortunately not :-/

Small precision, the graphics card is up to date with one of the drivers recommended by SolidWorks?

See here:

http://www.solidworks.fr/sw/support/videocardtesting.html

Yes all of them are up to date PL :-s

Are there several occurrences of this play?

It can cause bugs!

There are very similar parts in the general assembly (but not with the same part name) (the subset I'm interested in is taken from a huge assembly. I load the entire machine into Composer, select the desired subset and hide the remaining entire machine), but even deleting them (right-click, delete selected objects) the problem persists.

Hello

Have you tried importing only the part or the sub-assembly to see if the problem is also present?

@+

Hello Coyote,

Yes I tried but when I only open the assembly that interests me, nothing appears. As if there were no coins.

That's why I went through the complete assembly of the machine by hiding all the elements I didn't need (i.e  . >95% of the machine).

Subset open on Compose with only the parts that interest me:

Surely you imported the assembly and not the parts so you don't have any parts

and you must be in surface

at least that's what I think but can be wrong ;-(

you have to import the parts and the assembly to open the parts you are interested in

@+ ;-))

Yes GT22 I import the assembly. But why does it work when I import the complete assembly of the machine and not when I import only my sub-assembly? However, I proceed in the same way.

No, the parts are good in volume on SolidWorks :-\

Re

What are the import options?

Have you tried switching your assembly to solved because now it is lightened?

@+

already in your creation tree you are on the light

So as the say @ coyote put everything in solved or the part you need

then you try to open a part or a sub-assembly

In this sub-assembly in theory the parts will each have their files

opens the files of a single room to see

Thank you

@+ ;-)

SolidWorks Composer allows you to make a section view or a detail view directly on the 3D model. On the other hand, is it possible to make a detail view of a section view? Come and discover how to watch this technical thing.

See this tutorial

Here may be a solution to your problem

Hi @ Santino

see this link to set up your graphics card for an NVIDIA card

Today I'm going to give you a simple method to set up your NVIDIA graphics card for the use of 3D software. A poorly configured graphics card could generate display problems or even worse put the system in error. By default, your card is set to a basic profile that allows support for all software, but with this profile, some graphics card features are disabled.
