Solidworks unique bubble mark (one mark per part; even if identical part)

Hello

Do you know if it is possible to automatically bubble one marker per room?

As part of my project, I need a marker per part (even if the parts are identical) in order to ensure material monitoring, etc...

Thank you in advance,

Hello

You have an "automatic bubbles" command that should meet your needs.

Hello

As long as you check the Ignore multiple occurrences box.

It seems that if you do a bubble auto

He should create your bubbles for you

where you have to select your parts and create the bubble

See this tutorial

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3iALiPz9bTA at 30 minutes he talks about nomenclature and bubbling

Thank you

I expressed myself badly; I need a single marker per room.

Example: a pipe with 1 tube and 2 identical elbows gives 3 marks and not 2.

Kind regards

Then check the Ignore multiple occurrences box.

Edit: On the other hand, do you want the same reference for your identical parts?

except for @dbz's answer that I find judicious +1

and if you create folders for your identical parts

Backrest, elbows, bridle, etc.......... (accessories)

for the tubes no since the dimensions must be different

No, the whole issue is that I need ONE marker per room, even if identical.

No solution found in auto bubble... I do it in manual bubble if not.

@gt22 I don't understand the point of the files?

Piping drawings

Piping drawings include fixtures, piping, dimensions, and a bill of materials in an isometric view. To create a new piping drawing, click Piping Drawing (Piping toolbar).

  • Include a BOM in a Piping Drawing
You can include a bill of materials when you create a piping drawing.
  • BOM Options
You can manage routing components in BOMs. You can create BOMs that display only routing components. You can list all pipes and tubes individually in BOMs or list all pipes and tubes of the same size under a single line item with the sum of the total pipe or tube length.
  • Creating a Drawing of a Piping Assembly
You can create isometric drawings of piping assemblies that include the routing sketch, a bill of materials, or balloons.
  • The Piping Drawing PropertyManager
You can create a drawing of a piping assembly that includes accessories, pipes, dimensions, and a bill of materials in an isometric view.

Hello

Auto bubble and uncheck ignore multiple occurrences, it looks like this:

4 identical pieces with 4 markers of the same numbers, is that what you want?

Kind regards

@gt22 provided you draw the pipes with Solidworks Piping? (which I don't use because it's too buggy...)

@d.Roger no I want a marker per room...  On your example there will be 6 markers, from 1 to 6 (your set is composed of 6 pieces, identical or not)

And how do you do it then in welded construction?

and I don't understand how you can say that the routing bug

these landmarks have an internal mumero  at the bubbling mark 4

and it's the same room

PS: post a screenshot of your problem and give explanations of what you want

@gt22 for piping I draw a 3D sketch in an asm and I constrain my piping elements on it (a very common solution among piping designers, the piping module having been very neglected)

Let me recap with a simple example:

Here is a MEP of an assembly composed of 3 parts (2 of which are identical).

Here is the result of the SW auto bubble, totally logical from a purely mechanical point of view.

Here's what I want to do, here I forced the nomenclature and did some manual bubbling...

The bubble is directly linked to the BOM so to do this you can create on each part as many configurations as you insert it in your assembly, each part having to be inserted under a different configuration in the assembly, then you insert your BOM by checking " Show configurations of the same part separately" in the " Grouping of part configurations". The auto bubble will then give you the desired result, the nomenclature will have many more lines.

Kind regards

It seems to me that the premium version is more expensive than the other versions

With the standard and pro versions there is no routing unless I'm wrong

And it's true that we also have to create our own product libraries

@d.roger Indeed I thought of this solution but it considerably weighs down the model and the design tps...

@gt22 I have a premium SW license but don't want to use the Piping module yet

To conclude: I remain convinced that there is no solution to my problem

For the moment I can't find anything but I think we should find a way to take into account the occurrences in a nomenclature. It seems possible to me since solidworks manages them.
