For screws, I prefer a repeater driven by a repeater. Systematically with a drilling function or a drilling repeat to control the repeat. In case there is only one screw to repeat, sometimes copy with the constraints.
Sketch-driven repetition is not great in my opinion, when you add a hole or change the amount of screws, it's not.

The problem for me is that when the repeat is not circular or is not on a symmetrical piece, it is quite difficult to place these points
I prefer to do a sketch repeat for the drilling function and then a piloted repeat for the screw. That way we are sure that it follows.
I use copy with constraints when I have a coherent set of parts (like screw-washer-nut) to place in several places in my asm and the creation of a subassembly is not justified. Then I do my rehearsals in the classic way.
