Repeating along a propeller that doesn't work

Hello!

I'm trying to reproduce this part drawn on Freecad (36 "notch" repeats with 0.25 offset):

So I have a notch that has an opening of 10°, a helix  with a radius of 15.2mm, and a height of 9mm.

So I use "repeat following a curve", but no matter the parameters, the results are either wrong or unsatisfactory. For example here:

I get:

The source file is attached. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello

The attached file is in future version so I tried to make a replica, and it seems that for this type of repetition in 3d trajectory has a specification with regard to disjoint bodies, and it's logical because the perimeter of the helix is greater than that of the base circle, DINC:

  1. Either you uncheck the constant spacing and you set a value of (95.92337314/36-0.001) with the geometry repeat option checked.
  2. Either opt for a body repetition and then combine,

The first option seems the best, it's for 3D printing in 0.2mm precision so well...

Mmmmm, with this precision I think it will be necessary to make changes,

Cura valid!
