Hello
Do you have a technique to find all the duplicates (or more) of a part/assembly on sw?
I remembered that it existed on SW. but I can't find it.
In fact, I would need a log file showing all the identical files and their location.
Then I'll have to find which device is pointing to which file...
To explain the problem, a pack & go was made on each device without renaming, but with modifications randomly pointing to the manufacturing parts or to the parts of the pack & go.
I don't know about the tool, but in the past I had tried to develop a macro using it as a [tool >> compare] it was too long the calculations so I gave up, this is the tool you may be looking for,
Hello
I don't know if it can help you but in myCADtools the FindDocument tool allows you to scan a database and can find duplicate names in your database:

Thank you for your help.
I launched the finedocument tool. I'll see what he'll come up with when he's finished...

I have an Excel file with a macro that does this and creates a tab with the files found and where they are.

Hello
I haven't tested your excel file ac_cobra. I had launched Findocument before, and finally, it brought out the list of duplicate files (or more) and their location.
Thank you for your help.
