On this example it works with a first part, on the other hand if I assemble the same angle further on the same support parts, the system returns me an error message

For your material removal; do you make them in the assembly and propagate the function to the parts or you edit the part to do the removal??? The part you put further is a rehearsal or another part that you have imported???
On the drilling wizard, at the very bottom, you have to specify the bodies to be drilled.
Otherwise, Sw will not find it depending on the context.
