Simulation of caster support

I want, in a simplified way, to model the support of a caster on the ground.

My wish is not to know how the swivel caster behaves in the image above, but to the cart on which the caster is attached.
Ideally, I would like to create a rigid element that starts at the point of contact between the caster and the floor and connects to the contact surface between the caster plate and the carriage.
The ground contact point would be blocked on its 3 translations but released according to its 3 rotations.
