If I believe your screen it seems that you broke everything! ;-)
The material used has a yield strength of 235MPa (red arrow on the color legend) and a maximum stress of 3544MPA is subject to your design....
In short, it was crispy and strong!
On the other hand I notice that you have welds, so a different material from your profiles. Here it seems that all bodies have the same material because otherwise sldw would not show the reference arrow of yield strength (because several materials therefore several limits of elasticity).
Personally, I lack a bit of experience on welded mecha constructions but I would advise you to model your welds from a mecha characteristics point of view because really they are the ones that will take the most (non-isotropy of mecha characteristics so stress concentrations).

the material is S235JR steel (you have to use it)
If we add reinforcements, I think it's better, the more the thickness of the profiles increases
