You are still missing the injection simulation.
To make a simulation of this type, several things are needed:
- Have a Premium version of SW, which includes the Solidworks Plastics add-in that addresses this type of process. Your establishment is most likely equipped with them ;
- Reread and assimilate the course that was offered to you during your training;
- At the same time, consult the Solidworks tutorials and some YouTube videos proposed by the members of this forum, or others;
- Roll up your sleeves and sit in front of the PC to create your own simulation.
Help may be available on the basis of a draft simulation that you will propose to us...
A first question to start the discussion: what is the role of the 3 visible grooves on the top of the cylinder of the yellow part of the mold?
